Abuso sexual infantil: caso Jimena

Abstract

Se presenta un viñeta clínica de una niña de 13 años, la cual concurre con su madre al Hospital Vélez Sarsfield, ingresando por el Servicio de Pediatría. Concurren por un supuesto abuso sexual por parte de sus hermanos a edad temprana y posteriormente por parte de su padre. Se mantiene una entrevista con la niña y otra con la madre y a partir de la misma se efectúan comentarios sobre el lugar que la violencia ocupa en la familia.

We present a clinical vignette from a 13 years old child, she concurs with her mother at the Hospital Velez Sarsfield, admitted by the Pediatric Service. They presented themselves with an alleged sexual harassment by her brothers at early age and later by her father. We interviewed the patient and her mother and from the same and based on the results of these interviews we formulate commentaries about the role that violence plays in the family.
