Buscar por Autor This paper will present the object and theoretical framework of an ongoing research. The object of the research is the analysis of testimonies of politicians convicted of white-collar crimes, whose objective is to investigate the manipulative behavior of these politicians, based on studies on desires and defenses, according to Maldavsky's theory. The concept of "whitecollar crimes" refers to financial crimes, such as fraud, active and passive corruption, money laundering, among others. We will use Criminology to account for this concept. On the other hand, the research will be guided by Freud's Psychoanalysis and, for that, it will present its fundamental concepts. And it will use Maldavsky's ADL (David Liberman Algorithm) as an instrument of discursive analysis in the analysis of the testimonies.

E utilizará o ADL (Algoritmo David Liberman), de Maldavsky, como instrumento de análise discursiva, na análise dos depoimentos.; Souza, Elizandra
