| Resumen : | El trabajo que presento aquí se sitúa en una línea de investigaciones sobre comunicación temprana entre la madre (el padre) y el bebé en el período “perinatal”. El objetivo es conocer en una población (no clínica) de madres (y padres) sus representaciones acerca de su bebé, y de ellas (os) mismos en su rol “parental”. También se investigan las representaciones maternas acerca de su propia madre como madre. Los resultados presentados pertenecen a un trabajo exploratorio más amplio donde se utilizó la “Entrevista R” (Robert-Tissot et al) para describir el contenido espontáneo de las representaciones “parentales” y establecer comparaciones. El citado cuestionario ha sido adaptado con la ayuda de su principal autora (Dra. Robert-Tissot) y la Dra. Ruiz. Esta adaptación permite su utilización en el período de embarazo y pos parto y la inclusión del padre en el estudio. Para llevar a cabo los estudios comparativos y estadísticos se ha reagrupado en categorías los “descriptores” verbales espontáneos que reflejan algún significado común de las representaciones. En una mayoría de las categorías se asigna a los "descriptores" una polaridad positiva o negativa que ofrece la posibilidad de conocer además de su contenido el sentido en que evolucionan las representaciones. Finalmente pese a las dificultades encontradas para ello, conseguimos seguir parejas para un estudio longitudinal presentando el mismo cuestionario en tres momentos significativos del desarrollo vincular: el tercer trimestre del embarazo, el tercer día después de nacer y a las seis semanas de vida del bebé.
The work we present in this paper follows our research experience about the early communication between mother (father) and baby during “Perinatal” period. The objective is to know, in a no clinical population of mothers and fathers, their representations concerning their baby and themselves in their parental role. We also investigate the maternal re p resentations concerning their own mother as mother.
The presented results belong to a more expensive exploratory work where the “Entretien R” (Robert-Tissot et al ) was used to describe and establish comparisons of the parental representations spontaneous content. The aforementioned instrument has been adapted with its principal author (Dr Robert-Tissot, Switzerland) and with Dr Ruiz (Argentine). This adaptation permits the utilization of the questionnaire during the pregnancy and post partum periods and the inclusion of the father in the study. To execute the comparative and statistical studies we have regrouped the spontaneous verbal descriptions that reflect any representation common meaning in a system of categories.
Most of the descriptions (group each one in a category) have assigned a positive or negative polarity that offers the possibility to know not only its contain but also the direction of the representations evolution.
Finally, even with their encountered difficulties, we succeed in following different couple for a longitudinal study, presenting the same questionnaire in three significant moments of the attachment development: the third pregnancy quarter, the third day and six weeks after delivery. |
