Nuevos aportes al método de investigación del proceso secundario (ADL-PS) y sus fallas en el discurso del paciente: instrumentos, procedimientos, aplicaciones

Abstract

El autor presenta los avances en un método para el estudio del pensamiento preconsciente-consciente y sus fallas en el curso de la sesión, con un enfoque freudiano. Tras sintetizar los desarrollos precedentes de este mismo método, incluye dos novedades: 1) una exposición más precisa de los procedimientos para la construcción de la muestra y para su análisis y 2) la propuesta de combinar el instrumento ya existente (que permite caracterizar el pensar y sus fallas tomando en cuenta las categorías freudianas referidas a los tipos de pensamiento que se sedimentan en el yo) con otros, complementarios, que permiten caracterizar los rasgos del pensar del paciente en términos de la forma y el contenido y en términos de la sensibilidad a los propios deseos y los ajenos. El autor ejemplifica sus propuestas con el estudio de dos casos y la comparación entre ellos.

The author presents advances concerning a method for the study of preconsciousconscious thinking and its flaws in the course of a session, from a Freudian perspective. After synthesizing the preceding developments of this same method, the author includes two new features: 1) a more detailed presentation of the procedures for the construction of the sample and its analysis, and 2) the proposal of combining the existing instrument (which allows to characterize the thinking process and its flaws, taking into account the Freudian categories relating to types of thinking that root in the ego) with others, complementary, that allow to characterize the features of the patient´s thinking process in terms of form and content and in terms of sensitivity to own wishes and other people´s ones. The author illustrates his proposals with the study of two cases and the comparison between them.
