Sobre la significación del campo intersubjetivo en la psicoterapia

Abstract

En una díada terapéutica diferenciamos dos campos de la intersubjetividad. Por un lado, se halla la intersubjetividad del suceder vincular de la configuración resultante entre ambos en el aquí y ahora. Por otro lado, se puede hablar de intersubjetividad en sentido de un mundo mental compartido por ambos. Según cuál sea el campo vincular, los mismos modos de comportamiento tendrán diferentes significaciones para la relación terapéutica, y aportarán su calidad de manera diversa. Partiendo de datos de estudios transversales y longitudinales de la mímica afectiva, de los contenidos expresados y del vivenciar afectivo interno subjetivo del paciente y del terapeuta, se intenta describir estos campos intersubjetivos. Al comportamiento afectivo no verbal, en especial de los terapeutas, se le atribuye una significación especial para la conformación de campos intersubjetivos beneficiosos. El contexto del contenido idiomático contribuirá a la interpretación funcional de las señales mímicas afectivas. Por ello se diferencia entre la función de las señales interactivas y objetales. Puede mostrarse que en los tratamientos exitosos aparece un movimiento en dirección a la función objetal de las señales mímicas afectivas negativas, lo cual puede ser comprendido como inferencia cognitiva afectiva con respecto del campo intersubjetivo psíquico.

Inside a therapeutic dual relationship we differenciate two fields of intersubjectivity. On one side, we found the intersubjectivity of the immediate relationship between patient and therapist, which defines the linking behavior in the here and now configuration. On the other side, we can talk about intersubjectivity with the meaning of a mental world shared by both of them. Depending on the linking field, the same ways of behavior will have different meanings for the therapeutic relationship, and will bring their quality in different forms. Starting with data obtained from transversal and longitudinal studies, about affective mimic, expressed matters and the internal subjectiveand affective feelings of the patient and therapist, we try to describe this intesubjective fields. We give a special meaning to the non verbal/affective behavior, specially of the therapists, in order to achieve benefic intersubjective fields. The idiomatic context will contribute to the functional interpretation of mimic affective signals. That is why we differenciate between interactive signal functions and objectal ones. We can show that in succeded treatments appears a movement in the direction to the objectal function of the negative mimic affective signals, which can be understood as an affective cognitive inference about the intersubjective psychic field.
