La escritura en ciencia versus la inteligencia artificial: Una cuestión de ética

Abstract

Las TIA’s (Tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial), representan unas de las grandes revoluciones tecnológicas, para la humanidad. Sus beneficios son muy amplios, pero también aparecen perjuicios, que deben ser tratados y analizados. Uno de ellos es: la Ética en el uso de la IA por los estudiantes, al momento de escribir un texto científico y comunicarlo. Los estudiantes del siglo XXI son personas en formación y con demasiada informatización; ahora bien ¿poseen honestidad y responsabilidad ética en la redacción académica? ¿tienen el acompañamiento docente adecuado? Se pretende a través de preguntas abiertas y cerradas, comprender como se ven afectados los estudiantes ante estas situaciones actuales, para así buscar posibles soluciones. Se ha tenido presente encuesta realizadas a alumnos del profesorado, carreras universitarias públicas y privadas, carreras de nivel terciario y superior. Se incorporaron encuestas a docentes e investigadores de Corrientes, Capital. Las Instituciones educativas deben reflexionar sobres las practicas educativas y diseñar espacios de enseñanza flexibles que contemplen la utilización de la IA (Ayuso-del Puerto, D. y Gutiérrez-E. 2022). La IA es un software creado por el hombre, nunca sustituirá a los seres humanos ni a sus valores éticos, que le son inherentes como individuos.

Artificial Intelligence Technologies (AI) represent one of the great technological revolutions for humanity. Its benefits are very broad, but there are also disadvantages, which must be addressed and analyzed. One of them is the ethics of using AI by students when writing and communicating scientific texts. The 21st-century student is a person in development and overly computerized; however, do they display honesty and ethical responsibility in their academic writing? Do they have adequate faculty support? It is intend through open closed and questions, the aim is to understand how students are affected by these current situations in order to find possible solutions. A survey of students from public and private university teaching staff, as well as tertiary-level programs, was taken into account, and surveys were incorporated with teachers and researchers from Corrientes, Capital. The emergence of AI is changing education. Educational institutions must reflect on educational practices and design flexible teaching spaces that consider the use of AI (Ayuso-del Puerto, D., & Gutiérrez-E. 2022). AI is software created by humans; it will never replace human beings or their ethical values, which are inherent to them as individuals.
