Recursos defensivos apresentados por adolescentes que praticam automutilação

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve por objetivo analisar os recursos defensivos presentes no momento que antecede ao ato de cortar-se em adolescentes que praticam automutilação. Para alcançar tal finalidade foram entrevistadas três adolescentes com idades de quinze, dezessete e dezoito anos. As meninas responderam ao “Questionário Desiderativo” que consta de três perguntas de catexia positiva e três de catexia negativa. É uma técnica com estimulação verbal e consiste em explorar os desejos, as defesas e seu estado. Na sequência, cada uma delas fez um desenho livre para reorganizar-se. As técnicas gráficas são instrumentos projetivos com finalidade de investigação e exploração da subjetividade nas áreas clínicas, educacional, do trabalho e forense. Apresentam os aspectos mais primitivos e arcaicos da personalidade. Foi possível concluir com as técnicas utilizadas que elas, adolescentes, neste momento, apresentam sentimento de desvalia, foco no passado, agressão e hostilidade e ainda que as três adolescentes apresentam conflito com a figura materna. O que pode indicar que seus recursos defensivos se caracterizam pela fase Anal primária, secundária, fálico Uretral e fálico Genital. Todas fazem acompanhamento com psicólogo

This study aimed to analyze the defensive resources present in the moment before the act of cutting themselves in adolescents who practice self-mutilation. To achieve this goal, three adolescents aged fifteen, seventeen and eighteen were interviewed. The girls answered the “Desiderative Questionnaire”, which consists of three questions with positive cathexis and three with negative cathexis. It is a technique with verbal stimulation and consists of exploring desires, defenses and their state. Afterwards, each of them made a free drawing to reorganize themselves. Graphic techniques are projective instruments with the purpose of investigating and exploring subjectivity in the clinical, educational, work and forensic areas. They present the most primitive and archaic aspects of the personality. It was possible to conclude with the techniques used that they, teenagers, at this moment, present a feeling of worthlessness, focus on the past, aggression and hostility, and even that the three teenagers have conflict with the mother figure. Which may indicate that their defensive resources are characterized by the primary, secondary Anal, Urethral Phallic and Genital Phallic phases. All follow up with a psychologist
