Abstract

El material clínico presentado alude al proceso de análisis de una niña pequeña con una perturbación vincular temprana que originó déficits en el armado de su aparato psíquico. La riqueza del material permitió evidenciar la relevancia que adquieren en el análisis infantil, tanto la posición del analista que con su escucha abierta, deseante y atenta posibilita el despliegue de la fantasía infantil, como la posición de juego, en tanto actor privilegiado y activo del armado del aparato psíquico. Se puede observar cómo la auténtica perplejidad de la analista, quien está ubicada en una posición de genuino descubrimiento con su paciente, genera el holding necesario para que esta niña en su proceso analítico, realice una experiencia rectificadora de sus fallas vinculares tempranas. Este caso, a su vez, permite agudizar la observación diagnóstica en las patologías tempranas de la infancia, realizando una distinción entre el autismo primario, las defensas autistas en el bebé y la depresión primaria en el lactante.

The presented clinical material reports the analysis process of a little girl with an early bonding disturbance that generated a deficient assembling of her psychic device. The richness of the material from the infantile analysis shows the importance of both the analyst’s standpoint that enables the full display of the infantile fantasy through open, wishing and attentive listening, as well as the game position, as a privileged active player for the construction of the psychic device. It can be observed how the analyst’s authentic perplexity, who is in a position of genuine discovery with the patient, generates the necessary holding for this girl’s analysis process to carry out a rectifying experience for her early bonding failures. This case in turn allows a more accurate diagnostic observation in early infantile pathologies, distinguishing between primary autism, baby’s autistic defences, and the unweaned infant’s primary depression.
