Abstract

A través de este artículo nos proponemos verificar la mayor o menor razonabilidad de que el derecho limite al arte. Para ello, tomaremos las diferentes manifestaciones artísticas –pinturas, esculturas, películas, canciones, fotografías, libros, obras de teatro, etc-, y analizaremos las decisiones de diferentes operadores jurídicos –legisladores, jueces, funcionarios de organismos de control- sobre tales expresiones del arte. En suma, intentaremos descifrar la compleja relación entre el arte y el derecho.
