Relaciones emocionalmente abusivas

Abstract

En este artículo desarrollo algunas conclusiones de la experiencia de pasantía realizada en los cursos del Magíster en Problemas y Patologías del Desvalimiento (UCES). De las díadas asistidas madre-hijo aislé para su estudio en profundidad los casos clínicos en los que, al trastorno respiratorio, se les asociaban trastornos del dormir y/o de la alimentación. Expongo algunos hallazgos, considerando el eje de las relaciones emocionales abusivas (sobre o subinvolucradas). En la primera parte sintetizo los observables que considero condicionan la relación madre-padre-hijo, visibles en la primera infancia, específicamente y que están vinculados al efecto que tienen en la interacción: ideas, pensamientos, afectos que la madre atribuye a su hijo (en los casos cuyo seguimiento he realizado). En la segunda parte me introduzco al análisis del contexto de desarrollo y trastornos de relación abusiva en la primera infancia. Por último ejemplifico con un caso clínico en el que es posible determinar que antes de considerar el diagnóstico de trastorno del dormir, respiratorio o cualquier otro accidente somático, hay que considerar la modalidad vincular y, específicamente, la “relación abusiva”, y brindar la atención clínica necesaria al paciente y sus padres.

In this article I developed some conclusions of the experience from the tutorship done in the courses of Magister in the Problems and Pathologies of Abandonment (UCES). From the mother-son assisted diadas, I isolated, for a deeper study, those clinical cases in which the respiratory disorder was associated with sleep and/or eating. I show some findings, considering the axis of emotionally abusive relations (over or sub-involved). In the first part, I synthesize the aspects that, I consider, condition the mother- father-son relation, mainly visible in the early childhood and that are re l a ted to the attachment they have in their interaction: ideas, thoughts, feelings the mother has for her son (based on cases which I have followed). In the second part, I introduce the context analysis of development and disorders of the abusive relation in the early childhood. I finally exemplify with a clinical case in which it is possible to determine that before diagnosing a sleep or respiratory disorder or any other symptomatic accident, it Is vital to consider the connective mode and, specifically, their “abusive relation”, and give the necessary clinical attention to both patient and parents.
