Vigencia y alcances del concepto de filogénesis en psicoanálisis

Abstract

El autor examina el concepto de filogénesis, según como ha sido desarrollado en la teoría psicoanalítica, para estudiar su alcance en la explicación de los fundamentos anímicos de las representaciones sociales. El plan de trabajo contiene 5 secciones: a) síntesis del concepto de representaciones sociales según el enfoque de diversos autores, b) breve referencia a la hipótesis filogenética desde la biología; c) presentación de las ideas principales de Freud sobre dicha hipótesis; d) exposición de la revisión y recuperación que Maldavsky realiza acerca del concepto; e) síntesis y conclusiones. Al final del trabajo se agrega un Anexo, algo extenso, que incluye una lista de citas de Freud sobre filogénesis. Esta inclusión (por su extensión y ubicación) se justifica porque compone la muestra de nuestro estudio (aunque también podrá ser aprovechada como estado del arte por otro investigador).

The author examines the concept of phylogenesis, insofar as it has been developed in psychoanalytic theory, in order to study its scope in the explanation of the psychological fundamentals of social representations. The layout of this work consists in 5 sections: a) social representations concept synthesis according to different authors´ perspectives, b) brief reference to the phylogenetic hypothesis from a biological standpoint, c) presentation of Freud’s main views on the mentioned hypothesis, d) exposition of Maldavsky’s revision and concept recuperation, e) synthesis and conclusions. The article is supplemented with an Annex, somewhat extended, which includes a list of Freud quotes on phylogenesis. This inclusion (as regards extension and insertion) is justified because it composes the sample of the present study (although it can also be taken advantage of as state of the art by another researcher).
