Deseo de hijo... ¿bebé ideal?

Abstract

El deseo de hijo en una mujer, y el “bebé ideal” en una mujer embarazada, fueron y son temas desarrollados profundamente por diversos autores psicoanalistas dedicados al Vínculo Temprano (0-3 años), construcción subjetiva del bebé, como Winnicott, F. Doltó, Piera Aulagnier, por citar solo algunos. El quehacer clínico e investigaciones con la observación in-situ de bebés, permitió, no sólo comprobar la validez de dichas teorías, sino también intervenir tempranamente en prevención de salud mental. La presentación en este escrito, de dos casos clínicos y dos casos recorte de una investigación clínica, intenta recorrer el mismo camino, con la observación in-situ de madres embarazadas, para, una vez más, comprobar la validez de dichas teorías y poder intervenir, aún más tempranamente, en prevención en salud mental.

The wish of having a baby in a woman and the “ideal baby” in a pregnant woman are two topics which Winnicott, F. Dolto, Piera Aulagnier, among others have deeply worked on. These psychoanalists authors dedicated thier studies to the strong relationship there is between the child and the mother at its early age (0-3 years) and the breeding of the child as a human being. The clinical work and research observing babies in-situ has allowed us not only to prove that these theories are correct but also to intervene prematurely in the prevention of mental health. So as to prove once again that these theories are valid and to intervene in the prevention of mental health at an even earlier stage, I will here write about two clinical cases and two cases which are part of a clinical investigation that intent to follow the same path of the in-situ observation of pregnant mothers.
