Desafíos y cambios en la escucha psicoanalítica de la toxicomanía

Abstract

El artículo es resultado de una investigación cualitativa sobre los desafíos y cambios ocurridos en la escucha psicoanalítica de la toxicomanía. Se realizaron entrevistas con seis psicoanalistas con reconocida experiencia en esta área de la clínica. Los datos obtenidos fueron analizados con el método de Análisis Interpretativo que permitió formular tres proposiciones: El desafío de sustentar la transferencia del analista con el Psicoanálisis frente a un fracaso en la clínica, La construcción de la demanda de análisis y la escucha del ‘contrabando’ transferencial y El potencial de reducción de daños a través del escuchar de la otra escena. Las reflexiones, los desafíos y los cambios referidos por los psicoanalistas entrevistados confirman la relevante contribución del psicoanálisis al campo de la toxicomanía. Es importante que un psicoanalista acepte las dificultades de la clínica y no deje de fomentar procesos de cambio en su ejercicio de escucha.

The article centers on a qualitative research on the challenges and changes taking place in the psychoanalytic listening of toxicomania. Six psychoanalysts having renowned expertise in this clinical area were interviewed. The data obtained were analyzed applying the method of interpretative analysis which allowed to make three proposals: the challenge of basing analyst transference on psychoanalysis when confronting therapy failure, the construction of analysis demand and the listening of the counter transference and the potential of harm reduction through the listening of another scene. Reflections, challenges and changes referred to by interviewed psychoanalysts confirm the relevant contribution of psychoanalysis to the field of toxicomania. It´s important that psychoanalysts accept the difficulties of clinical work and ensure encouraging processes of change in the exercise of listening.
