Algunas reflexiones acerca del material clínico

Abstract

Se aborda el comentario del material tomando en cuenta al niño y a los otros que lo rodean, ya sean sus padres o en este caso, sus sustitutos, situación que caracteriza y complejiza la consulta en la infancia. Se puntualiza que las experiencias vividas por el paciente, en especial la separación de su madre y su posterior abandono, reflejan una función materna fallida, ya que esta madre no se pudo proponer como ligadora y traductora de situaciones que la excedían a ella tanto como a su hijo. Se propone como importante para la consecución de la tarea terapéutica, la articulación de los funcionamientos expulsivos y su traducción a palabras en el paciente y el medio familiar.

This paper starts considering, the child and the grown-ups in his environment, that is to say his parents or in this case, their substitutes. This situation distinguishes and makes the consultation in childhood, more complex The experiences of the patient are pointed out, specially those related to his parent’s separation and the mother’s later abandoning of the child. Therefore a failure in the maternal function, is herein shown. His mother could not link nor translate situations that went beyond herself and her son. In order to accomplish the therapeutic task,it is proposed as important, an articulation of the expelling functioning, and the possibility of putting it into words, by the patient and his family.
