Impacto del trabajo en la salud mental del servidor público de en un hospital universitario en Brasil

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene por finalidad hacer una reflexión acerca de cómo un hospital universitario en Brasil, recibe a sus profesionales. Una vez terminado el concurso público por una vacante, ¿cuál sería la mejor manera de integrar a los nuevos trabajadores al ambiente de trabajo, a fin de que los mismos ofrezcan a la Institución y al público externo un servicio de calidad? Es de suma importancia despegar la necesidad de promover un ambiente saludable que contribuya a un equilibrio emocional del servidor, teniendo en cuenta que su bienestar influye directamente en su desarrollo, eficiencia y productividad.

The purpose of this article is to reflect on how the Hospital of Institution of Public in Brazil , receives its employees. Once the public contest for a vacancy has ended what would be the best way to integrate the new employees into their new work environment; the best way to do that so that they will offer the Institution and the external public a high quality service. It is very important to emphasize the need to promote a healthy environment that contributes to an emotional balance of the work force, taking into account that their well-being reflects directly into their development, efficiency and productivity.
