Abstract

El trabajo se inicia introduciendo el tema del valor de la familia en la constitución del sujeto. Describe luego las características de grupos familiares con una modalidad tóxica de funcionamiento, en los cuales alguno de sus miembros desarrolla una enfermedad psicosomática. El trabajo destaca especialmente la particularidad de una forma de procesamiento pulsional intersubjetivo, en el cual se pueden observar los efectos de la alteración de la conciencia originaria, la percepción sin conciencia y un tipo de vínculo marcado por el apego desconectado. A partir de la descripción en un caso clínico de algunos aspectos significativos del paciente psicosomático, se estudia la alianza parental y la relación madre/hija. Finalmente se hace mención a la forma de poder y un tipo de violencia que impera en estos grupos.

The work begins introducing the topic about the importance of the family in the constitution of the subject. Then describes the characteristics of families with a toxic structure and where one of its members develops a psychosomatic disease, emphasizing a particular kind of pulsional intersubjective process, where it is possible to observe the alteration of the originary conscience, the perception without conscience, and a type of relationship signed by an attachment without con nection. Since the description of some significant aspects of the psychosomatic patient in a clinicalb case, the relatives alliance and the mother/daughter relationship appear. Finally it describes the type of power and violence that dominates the se groups.
