Problemáticas contemporáneas adolescentes: retos peligrosos online en TikTok

Abstract

A partir de considerar la adolescencia como un reto vital, en el cual se realiza un remodelado pulsional, representacional e identitario de envergadura, se propone trabajar una de las problemáticas emergentes en los últimos tiempos, la fascinación adolescente por TikTok y la replicación de retos peligrosos en línea en esta red social. A lo largo de este trabajo se aborda la función que tienen los retos para los adolescentes, la relación que éstos guardan con las tareas vitales que llevan a cabo y, finalmente, cómo el ambiente tecnológico se suma a la partida, ofertando condiciones desubjetivantes. Tomando como base conclusiones arrojadas por una reciente investigación realizada en varios países, con adolescentes de 13 a 19 años, se propone un recorte de algunos datos significativos y una lectura de los mismos pensando el sentido de los límites, los riesgos y la agresión en el devenir de las adolescencias.

Considering adolescence as a vital challenge, in which a major drive, representational and identity remodeling is carried out, it is proposed to work on one of the emerging problems in recent times, the adolescent fascination with TikTok and the replication of dangerous challenges online on this social network. Throughout this work, the role that challenges have for adolescents is addressed, the relationship they have with the vital tasks they carry out and, finally, how the technological environment adds to the game, offering desubjectivizing conditions. Based on conclusions drawn from a recent investigation carried out in several countries, with adolescents aged 13 to 19 years, a cut of some significant data is proposed and a reading of them thinking about the meaning of limits, risks and aggression in the becoming of adolescence.
