Técnicas Proyectivas Gráficas en una adolescente con Psicosis

Abstract

La investigación se propone analizar dos dibujos de una adolescente diagnosticada con psicosis. Los datos son anónimos de modo tal, que se utilizan un nombre y edad ficticia para desarrollar el caso. Se administraron las técnicas del Dibujo Libre Cromático (Wolff, 1974) y el Test de la Persona Bajo la Lluvia (Pinillos,1971).El objetivo es interpretar los gráficos y detectar las corrientes psíquicas subyacentes. El método de investigación implementado es a través del instrumento del Algoritmo David Liberman (ADL), (Maldavsky, 2013). Es una herramienta que permite detectar deseos, defensas, erogeneidades y fijaciones en el discurso y/o en los gráficos. Los resultados obtenidos dan cuenta de que prevalecen las corrientes LI-O1-FG.Conclusiones: La corriente Fálico Genital es adaptativa. Frente a situaciones traumáticas prevalece la Libido intrasomática, cuya defensa es la desestimación del afecto y esto produce que aparezcan los rasgos psicóticos cuando el sujeto se desestabiliza psíquicamente.

This research aims to analyze two drawings created by an adolescent diagnosed with psychosis. The data is anonymized, using a fictitious name and age to develop the case. The techniques employed include the Chromatic Free Drawing (Wolff, 1974) and the Person Under the Rain Test (Pinillos, 1971). The objective is to interpret the graphics and identify the underlying psychic currents. The research method implemented is through the David Liberman Algorithm (ADL) (Maldavsky, 2013), a tool that allows for the detection of desires, defenses, erogenous zones, and fixations within the discourse and/or the graphics. The results indicate that the LI-O1-FG currents prevail. Conclusions: The Phallic-Genital current is adaptive. In the face of traumatic situations, intra-somatic libido predominates, with the defense being the devaluation of affection, which leads to the emergence of psychotic traits when the subject experiences psychologicaldestabilization.
