Las técnicas gráficas vinculares familiares en abuso sexual. Diagnóstico, prevención y tratamiento

Abstract

La investigación pericial psicológica en casos de demanda por abuso sexual exige una implicación extraordinaria. Implicación necesaria para ampliar interpretaciones y observar desde distintos puntos de vista los efectos que produce el hecho que se denuncia en los sujetos, las familias, los grupos y la institución judicial. Evaluación que evita repetir en la transferencia la problemática familiar. Las técnicas en la investigación individual detectan la particular evolución subjetiva. Las técnicas vinculares familiares transfieren a la situación pericial “la escena” del encuentro familiar. En esa escenificación es posible diagnosticar como en el caso que se presenta, la erotización intrafamiliar que se manifiesta en la demanda a un terc e ro externo a la familia. La lectura compleja de la realidad vincular que apunta a los sujetos, la familia, los grupos de peritos, los grupos asesores y la dinámica institucional, favoreció la absolución de la imputada.

The psychological expertise investigation in cases of a demand for sexual abuse demands an extraordinary implication. This implication is necessary to broaden interpretations and observe from different points of view the effects that are produced on the subjects, the families, the groups and the judicial institution by the fact denounced. Its analysis avoids the repetition of the family problematic in the transference related to that net. In the resolution of the presented case, this form of analysis based on the bond that arises from the analysis of the individual and family psycho diagnostic techniques, favored the absolution of the accused. The psycho diagnostic techniques in the individual investigation detect the participants’subjective evolution. The family binding techniques transfer the “scene” of the family meeting to the expertise situation. In that scene it is possible to diagnose, as in the case presented, the intra-family erotization that is passed in the judicial demand to a third party external to the family.
