Tres casos de afasia: investigación de las erogeneidades, las defensas y su estado con el Algoritmo David Liberman (ADL)

Abstract

En este trabajo los autores se proponen estudiar sistemáticamente las fijaciones pulsionales, las defensas y su estado en la primera entrevista de tres pacientes afásicos, con su terapeuta. Para ello aplican el algoritmo David Liberman (ADL). Los autores destacan las similitudes entre los trastornos afásicos y los de las neurosis postraumáticas, prestan atención a los modos en que se evidencia el retorno de la situación traumática, así como las formas en que el paciente intenta recuperarse. Los autores también prestan atención a las intervenciones del terapeuta, que ponen en evidencia tanto las dificultades para establecer la sintonía afectiva cuanto algunos atrapamientos clínicos transitorios, hasta la recuperación del rumbo clínico.

In this paper the authors propose to study in a systematic way the drive motion’s fixations, the defenses and their state in the first interview of three aphasic patients with their therapist. For that purpose they apply the David Liberman algorithm (DLA). The authors emphasize the similarities between the aphasic disorders and the ones of the posttraumatic neurosis. They also pay attention to the ways in which the return of the traumatic situation evidences, as well as the ways of how the patient tries to recover him/herself. The authors also pay attention to the therapist’s interventions, which put in evidence the difficulties for establishing the affective attunement as well as some clinical traps in which the therapist can fall, but to recover his/her clinical way later on.
