Abordaje clínico con el bebé y sus padres

Abstract

En este trabajo se presentan ciertas cuestiones ligadas al abordaje clínico del bebé y sus padres. El mismo está a cargo de un psicoanalista con formación en esta área. Estas consultas implican tres aspectos: descriptivo, interactivo e histórico. Se trata de conocer dónde se inscribe este bebé, su historia familiar y cultural. Se siguen los recorridos de los procesos de filiación y parentalización; se analizan cuándo de dan los primeros sufrimientos tempranos, sin apelar a las reconstrucciones a posteriori, vías retrospectivas como se dan en el trabajo con adultos o niños mayores. Se señalan ciertas especifidades y obstáculos que hacen a estos espacios clínicos como el riesgo de caer en “un adultoimorfismo”, la corta edad del niño que nos exige apelar a otros medios diferentes a la palabra o dibujos para comprender sus sufrimientos y el abordaje en un campo transdisiplinario. Por último, se presenta un caso clínico a fin de señalar diferentes intervenciones del psicoanalista.

In this work I will present certain questions related to the clinical boarding of the baby and their parents. The same one is in charge of a psychoanalyst with formation in this area. These consultations imply three aspects: descriptive, interactive and historical. One is to know where east baby registers, its familiar and cultural history. The process ranges of connection and parentalización are followed; they are analyzed when the first early sufferings occur, without appealing to the route reconstructions later, retrospective as one occurs in the work with adults or greater children. To certain specificities and obstacles are indicated that do to these clinical spaces like the risk of falling in “a adultomorfismo”, the short age of the boy whom it demands to appeal to other means different from the word or drawings to us to understand his sufferings and the boarding in a transdisiplinario field. Finally a clinical case appears by the end of of indicating different interventions from the psychoanalyst.
