Problemas metodológico-procedimentales en las investigaciones en pareja y familia

Abstract

El autor expone primero la síntesis de siete investigaciones sobre pareja o familia desde la perspectiva metodológico-procedimental, para mostrar lo común y la diversidad derivada de los objetivos de cada investigación y de las muestras correspondientes. En relación con cada investigación, el autor se interesa sobre todo por mostrar qué un autor eligió cada instrumento para un estudio concreto y los pasos que dio para preparar la muestra y para aplicar las herramientas correspondientes. Entre estos estudios, los tres de pareja y uno de familia corresponden al terreno clínico, dos al terreno psicosocial y el último contiene un enfoque general de los vínculos de pareja y familia. En todas estas investigaciones se ha aplicado un mismo método, el algoritmo David Liberman (ADL), que permite estudiar los deseos y las defensas en diferentes manifestaciones tanto verbales como no verbales. En la segunda parte del trabajo el autor formula apreciaciones derivadas de las exposiciones previas. Se refiere a las herramientas del ADL y su implementación, a los relatos como actos de habla, a los procedimientos reglamentados y los procedimientos acordes con el objetivo y con la muestra de la investigación, a la elaboración de los resultados, al contrato narcisista y el pacto denegativo, y a los tipos y diseños de la investigación.

The author presents the summary of seven investigations on couples or family from a methodological-procedural perspective, to show the ordinary and the diversity derived from the objectives of each research and the corresponding samples. Regarding each investigation, the author is interested in showing especially the reason why an author chose a certain instrument for a particular study, and the steps taken to prepare the sample and to apply the corresponding tools. Among these studies, the three investigations on couples and one on family correspond to the clinical area; two studies correspond to the psychosocial area, and the last one contains a general approach to couples and family ties. In these investigations the method was the same, the David Liberman algorithm (DLA), which allows to study wishes and defenses in different manifestations both verbal and nonverbal. In the second part of the paper, the author formulates comments derived from the previous presentations. He refers to the DLA tools and their implementations; to the narratives as speech acts, to the regulated procedures and the procedures according with the research objectives and with the sample, to the elaboration of the results, to the narcissistic contract and the denegative pact, and to the types of investigations and the research design.
