Del objeto a perder, al objeto a investir

Abstract

Este trabajo es un comentario acerca del tratamiento psicoanalítico llevado a cabo con una paciente adolescente. El mismo permite pensar, a modo de articulación teórico-práctica, el modo singular de procesamiento de algunos mecanismos y sentimientos propios de la adolescencia, como el trabajo de desinvestimiento de los objetos primarios.Se reflexiona acerca del trabajo del duelo y los estados melancólicos ante aquello sentido como perdido y la angustia ante el sentimiento de finitud, la tendencia a la acción sintomática y el pasaje al acto en este caso clínico, cuando el fracaso del acting y el quiebre de lo simbólico hace que el sujeto se precipite en una acción extrema. A partir de este material es posible inferir el lugar que ocupa la transferencia con el analista en el tratamiento.

This work is a commentary on the carried out psychoanalytic treatment with an adolescent patient. This work allows thinking as a joint theoretical-practice the singular way of processing of some mechanisms and feelings of the adolescence, like the work of getting rid of the primary objects. It is reflected about the work of the duel and the melancholic states before that one sensed as lost and the anguish before the feeling of finitude, the tendency to the symptomatic action and the passage to the act in this clinical case, when the failure of acting and the break of the symbolic thing causes the subject to hurry into an extreme action. From this material it is possible to infer the place it occupies the transference with the analyst in the treatment.

Ce travail est un commentaire sur le traitement psychanalytique menée avec une patiente adolescente. Celui-ci permet de penser, à la manière d’une articulation téorico-pratique, la manière singulière de traitement de quelques mécanismes et sentiments propres à l’adolescence, comme le travail de desinvestissement des objets primaires. On réfléchit sur le travail du deuil et les états mélancoliques devant ce qui est ressenti comme perdu à cause de l’angoisse devant le sentiment du fini et la tendance à l’action symptomatique et le passage à l’action dans ce cas clinique, lorsque l’échec de l’acting et la rupture du symbolique fait que le sujet se précipite dans une action extrême. A partir de ces manifestations, il est possible d’inférer la place qui occupe le transfert avec l’analyste dans le procès analytique.
